BOOMERANG SNOW

Boomerang Snow

Ingredients :
- 175 grams of wheat flour, frying without oil -
- 75 grams of maize -
- Milk powder 25 grams -
- Beans 100 grams of ground, roasted, mashed -
- Margarine 100 grams -
- 75 grams of butter -
- 2 yellow eggs grains -
- Refined sugar 75 grams -

Snow:
-
Refined sugar 100 grams -
- Milk 1 tbsp -

How to prepare :
1. Shake margarine, butter, yolk and sugar until smooth ride and enter all of the others, confused and put the average for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Take 1 tsp dough, rounded shape like boomerang ago, set in brass which has even be oiled margarine. Roast in oven with a temperature of 170C until cooked for 15 minutes, lift.
Mix cake ingredients in the snow that has been evenly mixed.
3. Serve.

Bumerang Salju

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 175 gram, sangrai -
- Tepung maizena 75 gram -
- Susu bubuk 25 gram -
- Kacang tanah 100 gram, panggang, haluskan -
- Margarin 100 gram -
- Mentega 75 gram -
- Kuning telur 2 butir -
- Gula halus 75 gram -

Salju :
- Gula halus 100 gram -
- Susu bubuk 1 sdm -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok margarin, mentega, kuning telur dan gula halus hingga menggembang lalu masukkan semua bahan yang lain, aduk rata dan diamkan selama 10 menit dalam lemari es.
2. Ambil 1 sdt adonan, bulatkan lalu bentuk seperti bumerang, tata dalam loyang datar yang telah dioles margarin. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 17oC hingga matang selama 15 menit, angkat dan dinginkan. Gulingkan kue dalam bahan salju yang telah dicampur rata.
3. Sajikan.
