PEARL ICE TEA

Pearl Ice Tea

Ingredients :
- Tea bags, dye 2 -
- Pearl boiled 50 grams -
- Water 250 ml -
- Brown sugar 50 grams -
- 250 ml coconut milk, boiled -
- Pandan leaves 1 sheet -
- Jackfruit 50 grams, cut into pieces -
- Ice cubes -

How to prepare :
1. Boil the water, brown sugar, pandan leaves and boil until sugar dissolves, filter.
2. Dye tea to stew in brown sugar, left for 5 minutes.
3. Set the glass in the food, pearls, jackfruit, coconut milk and ice cubes. Its mix of tea and sugar. Serve cold.

For 3 glass

Es Teh Mutiara

Bahan :
- Tea celup 2 kantong -
- Mutiara rebus 50 gram -
- Air 250 ml -
- Gula merah 50 gram -
- Santan 250 ml, rebus -
- Daun pandan 1 lembar -
- Nangka 50 gram, potong-potong -
- Es batu secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus air, gula merah, daun pandan hingga mendidih dan gula larut, saring.
2. Celup tea ke dalam rebusan gula merah, diamkan selama 5 menit.
3. Atur dalam gelas saji mutiara, nangka, santan dan es batu. Tuangi campuran teh dan gula. Sajikan dingin.
