WAFER HIDE

Wafer Hide

Ingredients :
- 150 grams of wheat flour, frying without oil -
- 75 grams of maize -
- Milk powder 25 grams -
- Beans 100 grams of ground, roasted, mashed -
- Margarine 100 grams -
- 75 grams of butter -
- 2 Yellow eggs grains -
- Sugar 75 grams of fine -
- Wafer chocolate 150 grams, ready to use -

Spread:
- 1 egg Yellow grains -
- Liquid milk 1 / 2 tsp -

Sowing:
- Cheddar cheese 50 grams, grated -

How to prepare :
1. Shake margarine, butter, yolk and sugar until smooth and enter all the ingredients except the other wafer, confused and put the average for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. press dough setebal 2 mm, place the wafer ditangah row, wrap the dough with the skin, while roll is pressed. Cut into pieces according to the wafer, in order even the brass has been given margarine. Wafer Sembunyi

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 150 gram, sangrai -
- Tepung maizena 75 gram -
- Susu bubuk 25 gram -
- Kacang tanah 100 gram, panggang, haluskan -
- Margarin 100 gram -
- Mentega 75 gram -
- Kuning telur 2 butir -
- Gula halus 75 gram -
- Wafer coklat 150 gram, siap pakai -

Olesan :
- Kuning telur 1 butir -
- Susu cair 1/2 sdt -

Taburan :
- Keju cheddae 50 gram, parut -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok margarin, mentega, kuning telur dan gula halus hingga mengembang lalu masukkan semua bahan yang lain kecuali wafer, aduk rata dan diamkan selama 10 menit dalam lemari es.
2. Gilas adonan setebal 2 mm, letakkan wafer detengahnya berjajar, bungkus dengan adonan kulit, gulung sambil dipadatkan. Potong-potong sesuai garis wafer, tata dalam loyang datar yang telah diolesi margarin. Oles permukaannya dengan bahan olesan lalu taburi keju parut secukupnya, panggang dlam oven dengan suhu 170C hingga matang selama 20 menit, angkat.
3. Sajikan.
