FRYING CHEESE

Frying Cheese

Ingredients :
- 250 grams of wheat flour -
- Salt 1 / 4 tsp -
- 50 grams of margarine -
- 1 egg -
- 100 grams of cheddar cheese, grated -
- Water 50 ml -
- Cooking oil -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed wheat flour, salt and margarine, poke average. Make a hole in the middle, enter the egg and cheese.
2. Intervention while the dough give water little by little to dull.
3. Press dough 3 mm thick and cut along the 10 cm.
4. Heat oil and fry until khaki, lift.
5. Serve.

Batang Keju Goreng

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 250 gram -
- Garam 1/4 sdt -
- Margarin 50 gram -
- Telur ayam 1 butir -
- Keju cheddar 100 gram, parut -
- Air 50 ml -
- Minyak goreng secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur tepung terigu, garam dan margarin, aduk rata. Buat lubang di tengah, masukkan telur dan keju.
2. Uleni adonna sambil tuang air sedikit demi sedikit hingga kalis.
3. Giling adonna setebal 3 mm dan potong sepanjang 10 cm.
4. Panaskan minyak dan goreng hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan , angkat dan tiriskan.
5. Sajikan.
