STIK CHOCOLATE

Stik Chocolate

Ingredients :
- 125 grams of wheat flour -
- Margarine 125 grams -
- Sugar palm 100 grams -
- 1 egg ellow grains -
- Baking powder 5 grams -
- Spices spekoek 5 grams -
- Brown powder 10 grams -
- 1 egg yellow grains, to spread -

Decoration :
- Candy colors (sprinkel), ready for use -

How to prepare :
1. Intervention margarine and palm sugar, shake with a mixer until soft. Add yolk, shake back to the flat.
2. Enter the wheat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and spices spekoek, poke average.
3. Print Form dough stick and be oiled with a yellow top. Ornamental with candy colors and roast in oven for 20 minutes until cooked. Lift.
4. Serve.

Stik Coklat

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 125 gram -
- Margarin 125 gram -
- Gula palem 100 gram -
- Kuning telur 1 butir -
- Baking powder 5 gram -
- Bumbu spekoek 5 gram -
- Coklat bubuk 10 gram -
- Kuning telur 1 butir, untuk olesan -

Hiasan :
- Permen warna-warni (sprinkel) secukupnya, siap pakai -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur margarin dan gula palem, kocok dengan mixer hingga lembaut. Tambahkan kuning telur, kocok kembali hingga rata.
2. Masukkan tepung terigu, baking powder, coklat bubuk dan bumbu spekoek, aduk rata.
3. Cetak adonan Bentuk stik dan olesi permukannya dengan kuning telur. Hias deng apermen warna-warni dan panggang dalam ovenselam 20 menit hingga matang. Angkat.
4. Sajikan.
