FINGER CHEESE


Finger Cheese


Ingredients :
- 100 grams of wheat flour -
- 150 grams of tapioca flour -
- 100 grams of cheddar cheese, grated -
- 4 chicken eggs grains -
- IM chicken broth 1 tsp -
- Cooking oil -

How to prepare :
1. So confused wheat flour, tapioca flour, cheese and broth until evenly IM.

Jentik Keju

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 100 gram -
- Tepung tapioka 150 gram -
- Keju cheddar 100 gram, parut -
- Telur ayam 4 butir -
- Kaldu instan 1 sdt -
- Minyak goreng secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Aduk jadi tupung terigu, tepung tapioka, keju dan kaldu instan hingga rata.
2. Masukkan telur dan uleni hingga kalis.
3. Ambil adonan sedikit demi sedikit dan bentuk seperti jari kelingking -
4. Masukkan dalam minyak goreng dingin, lalu goreng di atas api sedang hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
5. Masukkan dalam stoples dan sajikan.
