JANHANGEL OVAL

Janhagel Oval

Ingredients :
-
175 grams of wheat flour, frying without oil -
- 75 grams of maize -
- Lapis legit
flavor 1 tsp -

- Margarine 100 grams -
- 75 grams of butter -
- 2 yellow eggs grains -
- Sugar 75 grams -

Spread:

- Milk 1 / 2 tsp -

Sowing:

- Sugar 50 grams -

How to prepare :

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 175 gram, sangrai -

- Kuning telur 2 butir -

- Susu cair 1/2 sdt -

Taburan :
- Almond/kenari kupas 100 gram, cincang -
- Gula pasir 50 gram -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok margarin, mentega, kuning telur dan gula halus hingga mengembang lalu masukkan semua bahan yang lain, aduk rata dan diamkan selama 10 menit dalam lemari es.
2. Gilas adonan setebal 0,5 cm cetak bentuk oval, tata dalam loyang datar yang telah diolesi margarin. Oles permukannya dengan bahan olesan lalu taburi dengan kenari cincang dan gula pasir secukupnya, panggang dalam oven dengan sushu 170C hingga matang selama 15 menit, angkat.
3. Sajikan.
