COCONUT SHELL RESTLESS

Coconut Shell Restless

Ingredients :
- Basic dough nastar 500 grams -
- 25 grams of butter -
- 150 grams of dried coconut, frying without oil, mashed -
- Jelly pineapple 200 grams -
- 25 grams of red cherries, chopped small -
- Brown 25 grams of cooked white, melted -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed base dough, butter, and coconut until evenly smooth. Print dough in the mold shell part, content with pineapple jam, give back the dough, press-press up to full. Do until the dough runs out, place the brass in the flat.
2. Roast in oven with a temperature of 170oC for 15 minutes until cooked, lift. Remove from the mold, decorate with white chocolate and cherry red.
3. Serve.

Kerang Kelapa Renyah

Bahan :
- Adonan dasar nastar 500 gram -
- Mentega 25 gram -
- Kelapa kering 150 gram, sangrai, haluskan -
- Selai nanas 200 gram -
- Ceri merah 25 gram, cincang kecil -
- Coklat masak putih 25 gram, lelehkan -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur adonan dasar, mentega dan kelapa halus hingga rata. Cetak adonan dalam cetakan kerang sabagian, isi dengan selai nanas, beri adonan kembali, tekan-tekan hingga penuh. Lakukan hingga adonan habis, letakkan dalam loyang datar.
2. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 170oC selama 15 menit hingga matang, angkat dan dinginkan. Keluarkan dari cetakan, hias dengan coklat putih dan ceri merah.
3. Sajikan.
