SESAME SMOKE MEAT

Sesame Smoke Meat

Ingredients:
- 150 grams of wheat flour -
- Baking powder 1 / 4 tsp -
- Water 250 ml -
- Salt 1 / 2 tsp -
- Margarine 100 grams -
- 4 eggs yellow grains -
- 50 grams of smoke meat, chopped finely, fry without oil briefly -
- 50 grams white sesame, fried without oil briefly -

How to prepare :
1. Boil water, salt and margarine to boiling, enter the wheat flour and baking powder, cooked up to poke the average (not smelly flour), lift and wait until warm.
2. Add eggs one at a yellow, while still shaken average, enter the meat and smoke sesame poke average. Enter the dough into the bag with the spray roses spuit small.
3. Spray dough forms of long / flat stick on the brass that has been be oiled margarine. Roast in oven with a temperature of 170C for 25 minutes, lift.
4. Serve.

Stik Wijen Daging Asap

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 150 gram -
- Baking powder 1/4 sdt -
- Air 250 ml -
- Garam 1/2 sdt -
- Margarin 100 gram -
- Kuning telur 4 butir -
- Daging asap 50 gram, cincang halus, sangrai sebentar -
- Wijen putih 50 gram, sangrai sebentar -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus air, garam dan margarin hingga mendidih, masukkan tepung terigu dan baking powder, aduk rata hingga matang (tidak berbau tepung), angkat dan diamkan hingga hangat-hangat kuku.
2. Tambahkan kuning telur satu persatu sambil terus dikocok rata, masukkan daging asap dan wijen aduk rata. Masukkan adonan ke dalam kantung semprot dengan spuit mawar kecil.
3. Semprotkan adonan bentuk panajang/stik pada loyang datar yang telah dioles margarin. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 170oC selama 25 menit, angkat.
4. Sajikan.
