FLOWER JELLY

Flower Jelly

Ingredients :
- 125 grams of wheat flour -
- Margarine 125 grams -
- 1 egg Yellow grains -
- Refined sugar 75 grams -
- Vanili 1 gram -
- Baking powder 5 grams -
- 1 egg yellow grains, spread -

Decoration:
- Peppermint jelly, ready for use -

How to prepare :
1. Margarine and shake until the sugar. Add eggs, shake until evenly.
2. Enter the wheat flour, baking powder and vanilla, even confused.
3. Dough rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Be diluted and the dough like a flower print, top with yellow eggs be oiled. Roast in oven for 15 minutes until cooked
5. Once cool, decorate top with mint jelly and leave until glue.
6. Serve.

For 300 grams

Bunga Jelly

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 125 gram -
- Margarin 125 gram -
- Kuning telur 1 butir -
- Gula halus 75 gram -
- Vanili 1 gram -
- Baking powder 5 gram -
- Kuning telur 1 butir, oleasan -

Hiasan :
- Permen jelly secukupnya, siap pakai -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok margarin dan gula hingga mengembang. Tambahkan telur, kocok hingga rata.
2. Masukkan tepung terigu, baking powder dan vanili, aduk rata.
3. Istirahatkan adonan selama 30 menit di dalam lemari es.
4. Pipihkan adonan dan cetak seperti bunga, olesi permukannya dengan kuning telur. Panggang dalam oven selama 15 menit hingga matang dan dinginkan.
5. Setelah dingin, hias atasnya dengan permen jelly dan biarkan hingga merekat.
6. Sajikan.
