ABON BANANA FLOWER HEART

Abon Banana Flower Heart

Ingredients :
- Heart of bananas 500 grams -
- Beef stock powder 2 tbsp -
- Salam leaves 2 pieces -
- 1 tbsp ginger -
- Water 1 liter -
- Cooking oil 500 ml -

Fine spices:
- 6 cloves garlic -
- Onion 4 grains -
- 2 tsp coriander -
- Salt -
- Sugar red -

How to prepare :
1. Boil water and beef broth powder. Enter the heart of bananas, boiled until soft. Lift and drained.
2. Cut the heart of bananas, and mashed
3. pan-smooth flavor and ginger until fragrant.
4. Enter the heart of bananas, even confused. Cook until the flavor sink in and dry. Lift.
5. Heat oil, fry until the banana heart tawny. Lift and drained.

Abon Jantung Pisang

Bahan :
- Jantung pisang 500 gram –
- Kaldu daging sapi bubuk 2 sdm –
- Daun salam 2 lembar –
- Lengkuas 1 sdm, memarkan –
- Air 1 liter –
- Minyak goreng 500 ml –

Bumbu halus :
- Bawang putih 6 siung –
- Bawang merah 4 butir –
- Ketumbar 2 sdt –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Gula merah sisir secukupnya –

Cara membuat :
1. Didihkan air dan kaldu sapi bubuk. Masukkan jantung pisang, rebus hingga lunak. Angkat dan tiriskan.
2. Potong jantung pisang dan tumbuk agak halus.
3. Tumis bumbu halus dan lengkuas hingga harum.
4. Masukkan jantung pisang, aduk rata. Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan kering. Angkat.
5. Panaskan minyak, goreng jantung pisang hingga kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
6. Pres atau peras hingga minyaknya tiris. Sajikan.
