ABON DRIED SHRIMP

Abon Dried Shrimp

Ingredients :
- Dried shrimp 200 grams, soaked warm water, mashed -
- Cooking oil 250 ml -

Fine spices :
- 3 cloves garlic -
- Onion 4 grains -
- Grated orange peel 1 tsp lemon -
- ½ tsp coriander -
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp -
- Salt -

How to prepare :
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil, pan until fragrant spices finely.
2. Enter the dried shrimp, dried and cooked until the spices permeate. Lift.
3. Heat oil, fry the dough to dry hair tawny. Lift and drained.
4. Prize to the oil leak. Serve.

To 200 grams.

Abon Ebi

Bahan :
- Ebi 200 gram, rendam air hangat, giling –
- Minyak goreng 250 ml –

Bumbu halus :
- Bawang putih 3 siung –
- Bawang merah 4 butir –
- Parutan kulit jeruk lemon 1 sdt –
- Ketumbar ½ sdt –
- Gula merah sisir 1 sdm –
- Garam secukupnya –

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
2. Masukkan ebi, masak hingga kering dan bumbu meresap. Angkat.
3. Panaskan minyak, goreng adonan ebi hingga kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
4. Pres atau peras hingga minyaknya tiris. Sajikan.
