SKOTEL MACARONI

Skotel Macaroni

Ingredients :
- 100 grams of macaroni -
- 50 grams of minced meat -
- 1 tbsp margarine -
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped -
- 1 / 2 the onion, finely chopped -

- 200 ml beef broth -
- 1 tbsp tomato paste -

- 100 ml thick cream -
- 30 grams of mushrooms, cut -
- 2 sheets Smoked beef, sliced thin -
- 25 grams grated cheddar cheese -
- 80 grams mozarela cheese, for topping -

How to prepare :
1. Boil 1000 ml water, 1 / 2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil. Enter the macaroni. Boil until cooked. Lift and drained.

Skotel Makaroni

Bahan :
- 100 gram makaroni -

- 2 siung bawang putih, dicincang halus -
- 1/2 buah bawang bombay, dicincang halus -
- 25 gram wortel, dicincang kasar -
- 200 ml air kaldu sapi -
- 1 sdm tomat pasta -
- 3 butir telur -
- 1 sdm garam -
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk -
- 1/2 sdt pala bubuk -
- 200 ml susu cair -
- 100 ml krim kental -
- 30 gram jamur merang, dipotong-potong -
- 2 lembar smoked beef, diiris tipis -
- 25 gram keju cheddar parut -
- 80 gram keju mozarela untuk taburan -

Cara membuat :
1. Didihkan 1.000 ml air, 1/2 sdt garam dan 1 sdm minyak goreng. Masukkan makaroni. Rebus sampai matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
2. Panaskan margarin. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum. Tambahkan daging giling. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
3. Masukkan wortel. Aduk rata. Tuang air kaldu sapi. Masak sampai kental. Angkat. Tambahkan tomat pasta. Aduk rata.
4. Kocok lepas telur, garam, merica bubuk dan pala bubuk. Masukkan susu cair, krim kental, jamur merang, smoked beef dan makaroni Aduk rata.
5. Tambahkan tumisan daging dan kaju cheddar parut. Aduk rata.
6. Tuang di pinggan tahan panas yang dioles margarin. Letakkan di loyang yang diberi sedikit air. Oven 35 menit dengan suhu 170oC. Tabur keju mozarela.
7. Oven lagi 20 menit dengan suhu 170oC.
