MEAT MUSHROOM PORRIDGE

Meat Mushroom Porridge

Ingredients :
- Water beef broth 1 lt -
- Rice 100 gr, wash clean -
- Salam leaves 1 sheet -
- Business in 100 grams, boiled until soft, cut small dice -
- Garlic 3 cloves, chopped -
- ½ tsp pepper powder -
- ½ tsp salt-Style -
- Salt -
- Mushroom hioko 1 fruit, boiled, sliced thin -
- Fungi 75 grams , cut small -

Sowing :
- Skin pangsit, small slices of the triangle, frying --
- Abon beef 100 grams -

How to prepare :
1. Boil broth, rice, and enter the bay, cook until rice fissure. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft and puree coagulate.
2. Enter the beef, pepper powder, salted soy sauce, mushroom hioko and fungi . Again stirred while cooking until boiling and cooked mushrooms. Lift.
3. Put the puree in the food bowl, add pangsit fries and abon. Serve.

Bubur Daging Jamur

Bahan :
- Air kaldu sapi 1 lt –
- Beras 100 gr, cuci bersih –
- Daun salam 1 lembar –
- Daging lulur dalam 100 gram, rebus hingga lunak, potong dadu kecil –
- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang –
- Merica bubuk ½ sdt –
- Kecap asin ½ sdt –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Jamur hioko 1 buah, rebus, iris tipis –
- Jamur merang 75 gram, potong kecil –

Taburan :
- Kulit pangsit, iris kecil bentuk segitiga, goreng –
- Abon daging sapi 100 gram –

Cara membuat :
1. Didihkan air kaldu, masukkan beras dan daun salam, masak hingga beras merekah. Tambahkan bawang dan bawang putih, masak hingga bubur mengental dan lembut.
2. Masukkan daging sapi, merica bubuk, kecap asin, jamur hioko dan jamur merang. Masak kembali sambil diaduk hingga mendidih dan jamur matang. Angkat.
3. Tuang bubur dalam mangkuk saji, tambahkan pangsit goreng dan abon. Sajikan.
