Abon Young Jackfruit (Tewel)
Ingredients :
- Young jackfruit (tewel) 3 kg, peeled and wash clean -
- Shrimp peeled 500 grams -
- Water lt 2 -
- Cooking oil 750 ml -
Fine spices :
- Onion 6 grains -
- 3 cloves garlic -
- Candlenut 4 grains -
- 2 cm turmeric, roasted -
- ½ tsp coriander -
- ¼ tsp caraway -
- Sugar -
- Salt -
How to create:
1. Boil water. Enter the young jackfruit, cooked until soft. Lift and diperas.
2. Boil shrimp until cooked, mashed and lift. Do not waste water stew.
3. Mashed jackfruit young but not too finely.
4. Mixed young jackfruit and shrimp, and even be confused.
5. Heat 2 tbsp oil, pan until fragrant spices finely.
6. Enter the young jackfruit mixture of water and shrimp stew. Cooking with a small fire to dry while stirred.
7. Heat oil, fry the dough to dry young jackfruit. Lift and drained.
8. Prize to the oil leak. Serve.

Abon Nangka Muda (Tewel)
Bahan :
- Nangka muda (tewel) 3 kg, kupas dan cuci bersih –
- Udang kupas 500 gram –
- Air 2 lt –
- Minyak goreng 750 ml –
Bumbu halus :
- Bawang mera 6 butir –
- Bawang putih 3 siung –
- Kemiri 4 butir –
- Kunyit 2 cm, bakar –
- Ketumbar ½ sdt –
- Jintan ¼ sdt –
- Gula pasir secukupnya –
- Garam secukupnya –
Cara membuat :
1. Didihkan air. Masukkan Nangka muda, masak hingga lunak. Angkat dan peras.
2. Rebus udang hingga matang, angkat dan haluskan. Jangan buang air rebusannya.
3. Tumbuk nangka muda tapi jangan terlalu halus atau suwir–suwir.
4. Campur nangka muda dan udang, aduk rata dan sisihkan.
5. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
6. Masukkan campuran nangka muda dan air rebusan udang. Masak dengan api kecil sambil diaduk hingga kering.
7. Panaskan minyak, goreng adonan nangka muda hingga kering. Angkat dan tiriskan.
8. Pres atau peras hingga minyaknya tiris. Sajikan.
