Lotus Flower
Ingredients :
- Margarine 120 grams -
- Refined sugar 175 grams -
- 130 grams of wheat flour -

How to prepare :

Cara membuat :

2. Masukkan kuning telur, kocok sebentar.
3. Tambahkan terigu, maizena dan vanilli, aduk rata.
4. Cetak adonan bentuk bunga teratai, hias kelopaknya dengan wijen hitam. Tempeli sukade dibagian tengah kukis.
5. Atur dalam loyang bersemir margarin, panggang dalam oven barsuhu 160oC hingga kukis matang, angkat dan sajikan.
