HONGKONG CHICKEN PORRIDGE

Hong Kong Chicken Porridge

Ingredients :
- Style 1 tsp salt -
- 1 tsp sesame oil -
- 250 grams of chicken meat, cut dice -
- 2 tbsp cooking oil -
- Garlic 4 cloves, finely chopped -
- Rice 200 grams -
- Water chicken broth 2 ½ lt -
- ½ tsp pepper powder -
- ½ tsp Salt -

Complement :
- 5 chicken eggs grains -
- Cakwe 5 fruit, sliced finely -
- 5 tsp tongcay -
- Onion fry 5 tsp -
- Celery leaves chopped 5 tbsp -
- Salty-Style -
- Chilli sauce -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed chicken, sesame oil and soy sauce salty. Stirred evenly.
2. Heat oil, garlic pan until fragrant. Enter rice, poke the average for 3 minutes, lift it from the fire.
3. Heat broth, rice enter into it. Stirred while cooking until a pulp.
4. Enter the chicken, pepper powder and salt, poke average. Lift.
5.1 egg solved on the basis bowl, pour hot porridge. Give over with cakwe, 2 tsp tongcay, 1 tsp fried onion, and celery.
6. Serve with salty soy sauce, chili sauce, if you like.

Tips: Eggs can be fried and cooked ½ presented on the pulp.

Bubur Ayam Hongkong

Bahan :
- Kecap asin 1 sdt –
- Minyak wijen 1 sdt –
- Daging ayam 250 gram, potong dadu –
- Minyak goreng 2 sdm –
- Bawang putih 4 siung, cincang halus –
- Beras 200 gram –
- Air kaldu ayam 2 ½ lt –
- Merica bubuk ½ sdt –
- Garam ½ sdt –

Pelengkap :
- Telur ayam 5 butir –
- Cakwe 5 buah, iris halus –
- Tongcay 5 sdt –
- Bawang merah goreng 5 sdt –
- Daun seledri cincang 5 sdm –
- Kecap asin secukupnya –
- Saus sambal secukupnya –

Cara membuat :
1. Campur ayam, minyak wijen dan kecap asin. Aduk rata dan sisihkan.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan beras, aduk rata selama 3 menit, angkat dari api.
3. Panaskan air kaldu, masukkan tumisan beras ke dalalmnya. Masak sambil diaduk hingga menjadi bubur.
4. Masukkan daging ayam, merica bubuk dan garam, aduk rata. Angkat.
5. Pecahkan 1 butir telur pada dasar mangkuk, tuangkan bubur panas – panas. Taburi atasnya dengan cakwe, 2 sdt tongcay, 1 sdt bawang merah goreng, dan seledri.
6. Sajikan dengan kecap asin dan saus sambal bila suka.

Tips : Telur dapat digoreng ½ matang tersendiri dan disajikan di atas bubur.
