CHOCOLATE DECORATIF

Chocolate Decoratif

Ingredients :
- Refined sugar 225 grams -
- Margarine 125 grams -
- 100 grams butter -
- 1 egg Yellow grains -
- Cocoa 75 grams -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok margarin dan mentega hingga lembut. Tambahkan telur aduk.
2. Masukkan bahan yang lain aduk rata.
3. Gilas adonan setebal 0.3 mm cetak bantuk batang bergerigi. Atur kukis dalam loyang bersemir margarin.
4. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 160oC hingga kukis matang, angkat.
5. Hiasan : Kocok putih telur hingga kaku masukkan gula halus, aduk rata. Beri pewarna sesuai selera.
6. Hias kue motif bunga, panggang sebentar, angkat dan sajikan
