MANADO PULP (Titonuan)

Manado Pulp (Titonuan)

Ingredients :
- Rice 100 grams -
- Water 100 lt chicken broth -
- Sweet corn ½ head, take the seeds -
- 75 grams pumpkin, clean, cut into pieces -
- 25 grams of spinach leaves, clean, take leaves -
- ½ bunch basil leaves (30 grams), take leaves only -
- Salt -
- Salted fish, fried -

Chili paste sauce ingredients :
- 1 cayenne fruit -
- 3 red chili fruit -
- ½ tsp paste, roasted -
- Onion 1 ½ fruit -
- Tomato fruit ½ -
- Sugar -
- Salt -
- 2 tbsp cooking oil -

How to prepare :
1. Chili paste sauce: Heat oil, fry red chillies, paste, chili sauce, onion and tomato. Sear until cooked. Lift, mashed together all ingredients and salt sugar.
2. Boil the rice with broth, cooked to a pulp.
3. Enter the corn, cook until half cooked. Then enter the pumpkin, and cook until corn is cooked pumpkin. Enter the vegetables, flavored with salt. Cook until all ingredients well.
4. Serve porridge with chili paste sauce and salted fish.

Tips :
- Pumpkin can be replaced with the sweet potato --
- Spinach leaves can also be replaced with kangkung --

For 2 portions.

Bubur manado ( Titonuan )

Bahan :
- Beras 100 gram –
- Air kaldu ayam 100 lt –
- Jagung manis ½ bongkol, sisir / pipil –
- Labu kuning 75 gram, bersihkan, potong–potong –
- Daun bayam 25 gram, siangi, ambil daunnya –
- Daun kemangi ½ ikat ( 30 gram ), ambil daunnya saja –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Ikan asin goreng secukupnya –

Bahan sambal terasi :
- Cabai rawit 1 buah –
- Cabai merah 3 buah –
- Terasi ½ sdt, bakar –
- Bawang merah 1 ½ buah –
- Tomat ½ buah –
- Gula pasir secukupnya –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Minyak goreng 2 sdm –

Cara membuat :
1. Sambal terasi : Panaskan minyak, goreng cabai merah, terasi, cabai rawit, bawang merah dan tomat. Masak hingga layu. Angkat, haluskan semua bahan bersama garam dan gula pasir.
2. Rebus beras dengan air kaldu, masak hingga menjadi bubur.
3. Masukkan jagung, masak hingga setengah matang. Lalu masukkan labu, masak hingga jagung dan labu matang. Masukkan sayur-sayuran, bumbui dengan garam. Masak hingga seluruh bahan matang.
4. Hidangkan bubur manado dengan sambal terasi dan ikan asin.

Tips :
- Labu kuning dapapt diganti dengan ubi jalar manis –
- Daun bayam juga dapat diganti dengan kangkung –
