COOKIES DECORATED ICING

Cookies Decorated Icing

Ingredients :
- Margarine 200 grams -
- 50 grams of butter -
- Milk powder 50 grams -
- Sukade 100 grams, chopped finely -
- 2 grains yellow eggs -
- 450 grams of wheat flour -

Decoration :
- 1 grains egg white -
- Sugar 125 grams -
- Food Dyes purple -

How to prepare :
1. Shake margarine and butter until soft. Add scrambled eggs evenly. Enter another poke in the flat.
2. Form 0.3 mm thick dough forms of print fan.
3. Roast in the oven to 160oC temperature cookies cooked, lift.

Kukis Kipas Hiasan Icing

Bahan :
- Margarin 200 gram -
- Mentega 50 gram -
- Susu bubuk 50 gram -
- Sukade 100 gram, cincang halus -
- Kuning telur 2 butir -
- Tepung terigu 450 gram -

Hiasan :
- Putih telur 1 butir -
- Gula halus 125 gram -
- Pewarna makanan ungu secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok margarin dan mentega hingga lembut. Tambahkan telur aduk rata. Masukkan bahan yang lain aduk rata.
2. Gilas adonan setebal 0.3 mm cetak bentuk kipas.
3. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 160oC hingga kukis matang, angkat.
4. Hiasan : Kocok putih telur hingga kaku masukkan bahan yang lain aduk rata.
5. Hias kukis sasuai selera, panggang sebentar, angkat dan sajikan.
