KAREDOK

Karedok

Ingredients :
- Cabbage 250 grams, washing, sliced thin -
- Cucumber 1 fruit, peeled, sliced thin -
- Bean sprouts green beans 50 grams, siangi -
- Long Beans 100 grams, cut 2 cm -
- Eggplant rounded 2 fruit, sliced thin-
- Basil leaves 2 stem -
- Water from 1 lime citrus fruit -

Sowing:
- Fried onion -
- Starch crackers -

Fine spices:
- Beans 100 grams of ground, fried -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- 2 red chili fruit -
- Kencur 1 cm -
- Sugar ½ tbsp red -
- Salt -
- Paste ¼ tsp, grilled -

How to prepare :
1. Sauce: Mix ingredients smooth and lime water to the average. If necessary add a little water, especially because the vegetables contain a lot of cucumber water.
2. Mixed all ingredients (vegetables) with peanut sauce, poke average.
3. Set the plate in the food bowl with a mixture of peanut flavor. Serve with fried onion topping, crackers and starch.

Karedok

Bahan :
- Kol 250 gram, cuci, iris tipis –
- Mentimun 1 buah, kupas, iris tipis –
- Taoge kacang hijau 50 gram, siangi –
- Kacang panjang 100 gram, potong 2 cm –
- Terung bulat 2 buah, iris tipis –
- Daun kemangi 2 batang –
- Air jeruk limau dari 1 buah jeruk –

Taburan :
- Bawang goreng secukupnya –
- Kerupuk aci secukupnya –

Bumbu halus :
- Kacang tanah 100 gram, goreng –
- Bawang putih 2 siung –
- Cabai merah 2 buah –
- Kencur 1 cm –
- Gula merah ½ sdm –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Terasi ¼ sdt, panggang –

Cara membuat :
1. Saus : Campur bumbu halus dan air jeruk limau hingga rata. Kalau perlu tambah sedikit air, karena sayuran terutama timun mengandung banyak air.
2. Campur semua bahan (sayuran) dengan saus kacang, aduk rata.
3. Atur dalam piring saji campuran sayuran dengan bumbu kacang secukupnya. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng dan kerupuk aci.
