STOMACH CHICKEN - Perut Ayam

Stomach Chicken

Ingredients :
- 125 grams of wheat flour -
- ½ tsp yeast IM -
- Cassava fermentation 50 grams, fiber waste -
- ¼ tsp baking Soda -
- 2 egg white grains -
- 1 egg Yellow grains -
- Water 75 - 100 ml -
- Sugar 50 grams of sand -
- Salt -
- Cooking oil 1 lt -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed wheat, IM yeast, baking soda and cassava fermentation. Poke to the average.
2. Enter the egg while stirred for 15 minutes.
3. Add water, sugar and salt, poke average. Leave the dough for 15 minutes.
4.4. Enter the dough in plastic triangle.
5. Heat oil, enter the dough circle. Fry until cooked and brown. Lift and drained.
6. Serve with topping refined sugar.

Tips :
- To have good form, enter the dough quickly.
- Tape of cassava can be replaced with a banana.

For 10 pieces

Perut Ayam

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu protein sedang 125 gram –
- Ragi instan ½ sdt –
- Tape singkong 50 gram, buang seratnya –
- Soda kue ¼ sdt –
- Putih telur 2 butir –
- Kuning telur 1 butir –
- Air 75 – 100 ml –
- Gula pasir 50 gram –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Minyak goreng 1 lt –

Cara membuat :
1. Campur terigu, ragi instan, tape dan soda kue. Uleni hingga rata.
2. Masukkan telur sambil diuleni selama 15 menit.
3. Tambahkan air, gula dan garam, aduk rata. Diamkan adonan selama 15 menit.
4. Tuang adonan dalam plastik segitiga.
5. Panaskan minyak, seprotkan adonan melingkat. Goreng hingga matang dan kecoklatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
6. Sajikan dengan taburan gula halus.

Tips :
- Agar bentuknya bagus, semprotkan adonan dengan cepat.
- Tape singkong dapat diganti dengan pisang ambon.
