AYAM TEPUNG SAUS JAMUR - Flour Chicken Sauce Mushroom

Flour Chicken Sauce Mushroom

Ingredients :
- Meat 250 grams of chicken fillet, cut dice -
- Powder 250 grams spicy flavor, ready to use -
- 1 egg white grains, shake -
- Cooking oil sufficiently -

Mushroom sauce:
- 100 grams mushroom, part 4 -
- Garlic 2 cloves, chopped -
- 1 cm ginger, chopped -
- Leaves onion 3 stem, cut fine -
- Red chilli1 fruit, cut askew -
- Green chilli 3 fruit, cut askew -
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce -
- 1 tbsp sweet-Style -
- 1 tsp maize, mixed with water -
- Salt 1 / 2 tsp -
- Pepper powder 1 / 4 tsp -
- 1 tsp Sugar -

How to prepare :
1. Enter the chicken in egg white, flour Mix in spices. do 2 times to stick with the perfect meal.
2. Fry chicken in hot oil until cooked and khaki, drained.
3. Sauce: Stir fry garlic and onion until fragrant, enter mushroom, red chili, green onion and leaves, to poke a bit faded. Add oyster sauce, salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar and solvent maize, slosh again until thick and lift.
4. Give the sauce on the fried chicken.
5. Serve.

Ayam Tepung Saus Jamur

Bahan :
- Daging ayam fillet 250 gram, potong dadu -
- Tepung bumbu pedas 250 gram, siap pakai -
- Putih telur 1 butir, kocok -

- Minyak goreng secukupnya -

Saus jamur :

- Jamur kancing 100 gram, belah 4 -
- Bawang putih 2 siung, cincang -
- Jahe 1 cm, cincang -
- Daun bawang 3 batang, potong halus -
- Cabe merah 1 buah, potong serong -
- Cabe hjiau 3 buah, potong serong -
- Saus tiram 1 sdm -
- Kecap manis 1 sdm -
- Tepung maizena 1 sdt, larutkan dengan air -
- Garam 1/2 sdt -
- Merica bubuk 1/4 sdt -
- Gula pasir 1 sdt -


Cara membuat :

1. Celupkan daging ayam dalam putih telur, gulingkan dalam tepung bumbu. Lakukan 2 kali hingga tepung menempel dengan sempurna.
2. Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas hingga matang dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan, tiriskan.3. Saus : Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum, masukkan jamur, cabe merah, hijau dan daun bawang, aduk hingga agak layu. Tambahkan saus tiram, garam, merica, kecap, gula dan larutan maizena, aduk kembali hingga kental dan angkat.
4. Tuang saus di atas ayam goreng.
5. Sajikan.
