Chilli Fried Bamboo Sprout
Ingredients :
- 250 grams of bamboo sprout, cut the length -
- Coconut milk 1 liter -
- 100 grams of shrimp, peeled -

- 3 tbsp cooking oil -
Fine spices :

Complement :
- Spice soybean powder, ready for use -
- Coconut sauce, sufficiently -
How to prepare:
1. Coconut sauce : one so mashed ginger, garlic, onion, sugar, tamarind and lime leaves until smooth. Add the coconut is shredded lengthwise, poke and even steam.

Sambal Goreng Rebung
Bahan :
- Rebung 250 gram, potong panjang -

Bumbu halus :
- Cabe merah 6 buah, buang bijinya -

- Garam 1 sdt -
- Gula pasir 1 sdt -
- Merica 1/2 sdt -
Pelengkap :
- Bumbu kedelai bubuk, siap pakai -
- Sambal kelapa secukupnya -
Cara membuat :
1. Sambal kelapa : tumbuk jadi sau lengkuas, bawang putih, bawang merah, gula pasir, asam jawa dan daun jeruk hingga halus. Tambahkan kelapa yang sudah diparut memanjang, aduk rata dan kukus.
2. Rebus rebung dalam air mendidih hingga lunak dan tidak berbau, tiriskan.
3. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, tambahkan daun salam, lengkuas, udang dan rebung, aduk rata.
4. Tuang santan, masak hingga mendidih dan angkat. Taburi bumbu kedelai bubuk dan sambal kelapa diatasnya.
5. Sajikan.
