OPOR AYAM - Opor Chicken

Opor Chicken

Ingredients :
- 1 chicken tail, cut a 8 -
- Coconut milk 1 liter -
- Bay leaves 1 sheet -
- 2 cm galangale -
- 2 pieces of orange leaves -
- Ginger 1 cm -
- Citronella 1 stem -
- Cooking oil 1 tbsp -
- 1 tsp sugar -
- Fried onion, sufficiently -

Fine spices :
- Onion 6 grains -
- 3 cloves garlic -
- Coriander 1 / 2 tbsp, fry without oil -
- Candlenut 5 grains, fry without oil -
- Salt 1 / 2 tbsp -
- Pepper 1 / 4 tsp -

How to prepare :
1. Heat oil, stir fry spices fine until fragrant. Add bay, lime leaves, galangale and citronella, poke average.
2. Enter the chicken pieces, slosh flavor to permeate. Pour milk and add sugar, boil and cook until cooked. Lift and let onions fry above.
3. Serve.

For 8 portions

Opor Ayam

Bahan :

- Ayam 1 ekor, potong jadi 8 -
- Santan 1 liter -
- Daun salam 1 lembar -
- Lengkuas 2 cm, memarkan -
- Daun jeruk 2 lembar -
- Jahe 1 cm, memarkan -
- Serai 1 batang, memarkan -

- Minyak goreng 1 sdm -
- Gula pasir 1 sdt -
- Bawang goreng secukupnya -


Bumbu halus :

- Bawang merah 6 butir -

- Bawang putih 3 siung -
- Ketumbar 1/2 sdm , sangrai -

- Kemiri 5 butir, sangrai -
- Garam 1/2 sdm -
- Merica 1/4 sdt -


Cara membuat :

1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Tambahkan daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas dan serai, aduk rata.
2. Masukkan ayam potong, aduk hingga bumbu meresap. Tuang santan dan tambahkan gula, masak hingga mendidih dan matang. Angkat dan taburi bawang goreng diatasnya.
3. Sajikan.
