Pai Compote
Ingredients :
- 125 grams of wheat flour -
- 25 grams of maize -
- Sugar 30 grams -
- Egg yolk 1 grains -
- 90 grams of butter -
Content :
- Banana king 2 fruit, cut dice -
- 5 jackfruit, cut dice -
- Fro 50 grams, part two -
- Sugar 150 grams of red -
- Thick coconut milk 500 grams -
- 2 pieces of pandanus leaves -
- Salt 1 / 2 tsp -
- 5 tbsp maize -
- 1 clove chicken eggs, shake loose -
How to prepare :
1. Skin: Mix all ingredients so confused one kind of grain until the dough becomes smooth. Print print with the pie and the middle pin, roast for 15 minutes until cooked, lift.

Pai Kolak
Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 125 gram -
- Tepung maizena 25 gram -
- Gula halus 30 gram -
- Kuning telur 1 butir -
- Mentega 90 gram -
Isi :
- Pisang raja 2 buah, potong dadu -
- Nangka 5 buah, potong dadu -
- Kolang-kaling 50 gram, belah dua -
- Gula merah 150 gram -
- Santan kental 500 gram -
- Daun pandan 2 lembar -
- Garam 1/2 sdt -
- Tepung maizena 5 sdm -
- Telur ayam 1 butir, kocok lepas -
Cara membuat :
1. Kulit : Campur semua bahan jadi satu aduk-aduk hingga menjadi adonan berbutir halus. Cetak dengan cetakan pai dan tusuk-tusuk begian tengahnya, panggang selama 15 menit hingga matang, angkat dan sisihkan.
2. Isi : Rebus santan, gula merah, daun pandan dan garam hingga mendidih. Masukkan pisang, nangka dan kolang-kaling, aduk hingga matang. Larutkan maizena dengan sedikit santan dan masak hingga kental dan mendidih.
3. Tuang adonan isi ke dalam kulit pai dan biarkan mengeras.
4. Sajikan.
