Bika Ambon Filamentous

Ingredients :
- 500 grams of tapioca flour -
- Sugar 500 grams -
- 8 pieces of citrus leaves -
- 4 pieces pandanus leaves -
- Citronella 2 trunks -
- 1 tsp salt -
- Water 325 ml coconut -
- Eggs yolk 15 grains -
- 500 ml coconut milk -

How to prepare :
Boil coconut milk with lime leaves, pandanus leaves,citronella and salt until boiling and cooled. Shake yellow and white sugar until, expand, and enter the tapioca flour little by little. While stirred pour coconut water and coconut milk, poke average. Close the meeting and save the dough for 12 hours. Then print and roast in the oven with a temperature of 200oC dive of 30 minutes.

Bika Ambon Berserat

Bahan :
- Tepung tapioka 500 gram -
- Gula pasir 500 gram -
- Daun jeruk 8 lembar -
- Daun pandan 4 buah -
- Serai 2 batang -
- Garam 1 sdt -
- Air kelapa 325 ml -
- Kuning telur 15 butir -
- Santan 500 ml -

Cara membuat :
Rebus santan dengan daun jeruk, daun pandan, sereh dan garam hingga mendidih dan dinginkan. Kocok kuning telur dan gula pasir hingga, mengembang, lalu masukkan tepung tapioka sedikit demi sedikit. Sambil diaduk tuang air air kelapa dan santan, aduk rata. Tutup rapat adonan dan simpan selama 12 jam. Setelah itu cetak dan panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 200oC selam 30 menit.
