Ingredients :
- 8 chicken eggs grains -
- Citronella 1 stem -
- 2 pieces of orange leaves -
- Bay leaves 1 sheet -
- 500 ml coconut milk -
- Chilli 2 red fruit, cut length -
- 10 cayenne fruit -
- Cooking oil sufficiently -
Fine spices :
- 6 fruit red chilli -
- Onion 4 grains -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- Root 0.5 cm -
- Ginger 1 cm -
- Turmeric 0.5 cm -
- 3 tbsp shrimp Petis* -
How to prepare :
1. Boil eggs until cooked, then peeled and fried yellow to brown, drained.
2. Stir fry citronella with fine spices, bay leaves and orange, until fragrant.
3. Pour coconut milk and sweet soy sauce, poke until boiling. Enter fried egg, cayenne pepper, and cayenne pepper, poke to the flavor permeate. Lift.

Telur Bumbu Petis
Bahan :
- Telur ayam 8 butir -
- Serai 1 batang, memarkan -

- Santan 500 ml -
- Cabe merah 2 buah, potong panjang -
- Cabai rawit 10 buah -
- Minyak goreng secukupnya -
Bumbu halus :
- Cabai merah 6 buah -
- Bawang merah 4 butir -
- Bawang putih 2 siung -
- Temu kunci 0,5 cm -
- Jahe 1 cm -
- Kunyit 0,5 cm -
- Petis udang 3 sdm -
Cara membuat :
1. Rebus telur hingga matang, lalu kupas dan goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan, tiriskan.
2. Tumis bumbu halus dengan serai, daun salam dan daun jeruk, hingga harum.
3. Tuang santan dan kecap manis, aduk hingga mendidih. Masukkan telur goreng, cabe rawit dan cabe merah, aduk hingga bumbu meresap. Angkat.
4. Sajikan.
