Goat Cook Kinto

Ingredients :
- Dislocated rib lamb 300 grams -

Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce -
- Sweet sour sauce 1 tbsp, ready -
- Salt 1 / 2 tsp -
- Sugar 1 / 2 tsp -

How to prepare :
1. Intervention so all one flavor, poke average.
2. Stir fry bone goat anti sticky in the pan until the color changed.

Kambing Masak Kinto

Bahan :

- Tulang rusuk kambing 300 gram -


Bumbu :

- Saus tomat 1 sdm -
- Saus asam manis 1 sdm, siap pakai -
- Garam 1/2 sdt -
- Gula pasir 1/2 sdt -


Cara membuat :

1. Campur jadi satu semua bumbu, aduk rata.
2. Tumis tulang kambing dalam wajan anti lengket hingga berubah warna.
3. Masukkan semua bumbu, masak di atas api kecil hingga bumbu meresap dan daging lunak. Angkat.
4. Sajikan.
