Salted Fish Silk Dressing

Ingredients :
- Fish salted 150 grams -
- Tofu 100 grams, mashed -
- 50 grams of chopped meat -
- 1 clove chicken eggs -
- Leek 1 stem, cut askew -
- Flour bread sufficiently -
- Egg white 1 grains, shake -
- Cooking oil sufficiently -

Fine spices :
- Onion 5 grains -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- Pepper 1 / 4 tsp -
- nutmeg 1 / 8 tsp -
- 1 tsp salt -
How to prepare :
1. Wash salted fish to the net, cut the length of terms.
2. So a mixed Tofu, chopped meat, eggs, leek and spices fine, even confused. Vapor in the mold rounded up to mature.

Ikan Asin Balut Sutra

Bahan :

- Ikan asin jambal 150 gram -
- Tofu 100 gram, haluskan -
- Daging cincang 50 gram -
- Telur ayam 1 butir -
- Bawang prei 1 batang, potong serong -
- Tepung roti secukupnya -
- Putih telur 1 butir, kocok -
- Minyak goreng secukupnya -


Bumbu halus :
- Bawang merah 5 butir -
- Bawang putih 2 siung -
- Merica 1/4 sdt -
- Pala 1/8 sdt -
- Garam 1 sdt -


Cara membuat :

1. Cuci ikan asin hingga bersih, potong bentuk segi panjang, sisihkan.
2. Campur jadi satu tofu, daging cincang, telur, bawang prei dan bumbu halus, aduk rata. Kukus dalam cetakan bulat hingga matang.
3. Potong-potong adonan tofu, letakkan ikan asin ditengahnya. Celupkan ke dalam putih telur dan gulingkan di tepung roti, goreng hingga berwarna kecoklatan dan matang, tiriskan.
4. Sajikan.
