GINDARA SAUS MENTEGA - Gindara Butter Sauce

Gindara Butter Sauce

Ingredients :

- Fish gindara 300 grams -
- 15 grams of butter -

Ingredients :
- Salt 1 / 2 tsp -
- Sugar 1 / 2 tsp -
- Pepper powder 1 / 4 tsp -
- Clove powder 1 / 8 tsp -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed all the ingredients so, to poke average.
2. Heat butter with spices, fried fish and enter to khaki, drained. .
3. Serve and decorate according to taste.

For 1 portion

Gindara Saus Mentega

Bahan :

- Ikan gindara 300 gram -
- Mentega 15 gram -


Bumbu :

- Garam 1/2 sdt -
- Gula pasir 1/2 sdt -
- Merica bubuk 1/4 sdt -
- Cengkeh bubuk 1/8 sdt -


Cara membuat :

1. Campur semua bumbu jadi satu, aduk hingga rata.
2. Panaskan mentega dengan bumbu, masukkan ikan dan goreng hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan, tiriskan.
3. Sajikan dan hias sesuai selera.
