KUE BULAN - Moon Cakes

Moon Cakes

Ingredients :
- Eggs yolk 3 grains -
- 300 grams of wheat flour -
- Milk powder 200 grams. without fat -
- Simple syrup 125 grams, ready to use -
- 62.5 grams of fresh butter, melted -
- Baking powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- Salt 1 / 4 tsp -
- Wheat flour, for sowing, sufficiently -
Content :
- Tausa* 350 grams -
- Yellow 6 eggs salt grains -

Spread :
- Egg yolk 1 grains -
- 25 ml of milk -

How to prepare :
1. Intervene simple syrup, butter and liquid egg, poke average.

- Kuning telur asin 6 butir -

Olesan :

- Kuning telur 1 butir -
- Susu cair 25 ml -


Cara membuat :

1. Campur simple sirup, mentega cair dan telur, aduk rata.
2. Masukkan campuran tepung terigu, susu bubuk dan baking powder.
3. Uleni hingga kalis, diamkan selama satu malam.
4. Isi adonan dengan tausa dan kuning telur asin.
5. Taburi dengan tepung terigu.
6. Masukkan adonan dalam cetakan moon cake, tekan dan padatkan.
7. Ketuk-ketukan cetakan pada setiap sisinya hingga kue keluar dari cetakan.

8. Olesi bagian atas kue dengan capuran kuning telur dan susu.
9. Panggang dalam oven hingga matang.
10. Angkat dan sajikan.

Ingredients :

- Fish gindara 300 grams -

- Gula pasir 1 sdt -


Cara membuat :

1. Celupkan daging ayam dalam putih telur, gulingkan dalam tepung bumbu. Lakukan 2 kali hingga tepung menempel dengan sempurna.
2. Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas hingga matang dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan, tiriskan.3. Saus : Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum, masukkan jamur, cabe merah, hijau dan daun bawang, aduk hingga agak layu. Tambahkan saus tiram, garam, merica, kecap, gula dan larutan maizena, aduk kembali hingga kental dan angkat.
4. Tuang saus di atas ayam goreng.
5. Sajikan.

Pai Compote

Ingredients :
- 125 grams of wheat flour -
- 25 grams of maize -
- Sugar 30 grams -

- Tepung maizena 5 sdm -
- Telur ayam 1 butir, kocok lepas -


Cara membuat :

1. Kulit : Campur semua bahan jadi satu aduk-aduk hingga menjadi adonan berbutir halus. Cetak dengan cetakan pai dan tusuk-tusuk begian tengahnya, panggang selama 15 menit hingga matang, angkat dan sisihkan.

2. Isi : Rebus santan, gula merah, daun pandan dan garam hingga mendidih. Masukkan pisang, nangka dan kolang-kaling, aduk hingga matang. Larutkan maizena dengan sedikit santan dan masak hingga kental dan mendidih.
3. Tuang adonan isi ke dalam kulit pai dan biarkan mengeras.
4. Sajikan.

Ingredients :
- Fish salted 150 grams -
- Tofu 100 grams, mashed -

Cara membuat :

1. Cuci ikan asin hingga bersih, potong bentuk segi panjang, sisihkan.
2. Campur jadi satu tofu, daging cincang, telur, bawang prei dan bumbu halus, aduk rata. Kukus dalam cetakan bulat hingga matang.
3. Potong-potong adonan tofu, letakkan ikan asin ditengahnya. Celupkan ke dalam putih telur dan gulingkan di tepung roti, goreng hingga berwarna kecoklatan dan matang, tiriskan.

Ingredients :

3. Tuang santan dan kecap manis, aduk hingga mendidih. Masukkan telur goreng, cabe rawit dan cabe merah, aduk hingga bumbu meresap. Angkat.

Cara membuat :
1. Prentil : campur jadi satu daging giling, telur, garam dan merica, aduk hingga tercampur rata.
2. Bentuk adonan bulat-bulat kecil saperti kelereng, goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang, tiriskan.
3. Tumis bumbu halus dengan daun salam, daun jeruk dan serai hingga harum. Masukkan daging prentil, santan dan air asam, masak hingga kental dan bumbu meresap. Tambahkan kapri manis, aduk rata dan angkat. Taburi cabe merah di atasnya.

Ingredients :
- 75 grams of wheat flour -
- 3 chicken eggs grains -
- 75 grams butter,melted -
- Brown powder 50 grams -
- Sugar 150 grams -
- Baking powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- Brown 200 grams of cooked,melted-
- Vanilla 1 / 2 tsp -
- Banana king 4 fruit, mashed -
- Jelly pineapple sufficiently -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed with liquid butter and some cocoa cooking chocolate melt, even confused.

Cara membuat :
1. Campur mentega cair dengan coklat bubuk dan sebagian coklat masak leleh, aduk rata.
2. Kocok telur, gula, vanilli hingga mengembang. Tambahkan tepung terigu, baking powder dan pisang, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan campuran mentega cair dan aduk rata. Tuang ke dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi margarin.
4. Panggang dalam oven selama 25 menit hingga matang dan angkat. Hias permukaannya dengan sisa coklat leleh hingga mengeras, tambahkan selai nanas dan ceri, potong sesuai selera.
5. Sajikan.

- 150 grams of wheat flour -
- Margarine 125 grams -
- 1 tsp sugar -
- 4 grains chicken eggs -
- Corned beef 100 grams, ready to use -
- Baking powder 1 / 4 tsp -
- 50 grams of cheddar cheese, grated -
- Chicken stock 25 ml -
- Celery leaves chopped 2 tbsp -

How to prepare :

Ingredients :

3. Pipihkan adonan, olesi dengan mentega. Lipat sedemikian, kemudian pipihkan kembali dan ulangi hingga 4 kali. Istirahatkan adonan ke dalam frezzer.
4. Pipihkan adonan setebal 5 mm, potong dengan bentuk segitiga sama kaki. Isi dengan adonan isi (sesuai selera).

Cara membuat :
1. Kulit : Campur semua bahan kulit kecuali keju cheddar dan kuning telur, aduk rata. Masukkan adonan dalam plastik segitiga.
2. Isi : Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan daging ayam,Wortel dan bahan isi yang lain kecuali telur rebus dan soun. Aduk rata dan masak hingga matang.

6. Letakkan potongan telur di bagian tengahnya, tambahkan kembali adonanisi hingga penuh.
7. Tutup bagian atas dengan adonan kulit dan semprotkan bentuk bintang pada bagian tepi kue.
8. Oles permukan kue dengan kuning telur hingga rata. Taburi bagian tengahnya dengan keju parut.
9. Panggang dalam oven bursuhu 180 0C selam 30 - 40 menit. Angkat dan sajikan.

Beverages of White Pumpkin

Ingredients :
- 800 grams white pumpkin -
- Water whiting, 100 grams -
- Water 1000 grams -
- Sugar 150 grams -
- Citrun* 1 / 2 tsp -
- Dyes according to the taste of food -

How to prepare :
1. White pumpkin peeled, cut 1 cm thick triangular with serrated knife. Wash clean.

3. Rebus gula pasir dengan sisa air dan pewarna hingga mendidih.
4. Tambahkan citrun,aduk rata. Masukkan blonceng, rebus hingga blonceng lunak. Angkat dan biarkan uap panas hilang.
5. Simpan blonceng dalam lemari es selam semalaman.
6. Sajikan.

Ingredients :
- 2 small size pineapple fruit, peeled, cut the form of interest -

GINGER PEAR SAUCE - Pear Kuah Jahe

Ginger Pear Sauce

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of pear fruit, cut 2 cm dice -
