Tofu Kornet

Bahan :

- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang –

- Gula pasir secukupnya –
Cara membuat :
1. Bumbui kornet dengan garam dan merica.Tambahkan 2 butir telur, aduk rata dan sisihkan.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.
3. Masukkan bumbu yang lain, aduk rata. Angkat.
4. Masukkan bumbu ke dalalm tahu. Tambahkan 2 butir telur dan bawang prei, aduk rata.
5. Siapkan loyang lapis yang dialasi denga plastik yang sudah dioles dengan minyak.
6. Tuang 1/3 bagian adonan tahu. Kukus hingga tahu mengeras. Tuang ½ bagian kornet, kukus hingga kornet mengeras.
7. Tuang kembali 1/3 bagian tahu. Kukus hingga tahu mengeras.. Tuang sisa kornet, kukus kembali hingga kornet mengeras.
8. Tuang sisa adonan tahu, kukus hingga matang. Angkat, biarkan uap panasnya hilang dan potong sesuai selera.
9. Sajikan dengan saus sambal bangkok.
Tips:
- Kornet bisa diganti dengan daging ayam atau daging sapi giling.
- Agar menarik, cetak saja tahu lapis dengan cup aluminium.
- Potong dengan pisau yang tajam agar hasilnya rapi.
