Fried Shrimp Soy Sauce
Ingrediens :
- 800 grams of fresh shrimp, peeled, tails remaining -
- Water 2 tbsp lemon -
- 1 tsp Salt -
- Cooking oil 400 ml -
- Rough-skinned citrus leaves 5 pieces, discard the bones leaves, finely sliced -
- 5 tbsp sweet-Style -
- Water lime 1 / 2 tbsp -
- Water 100 ml -
Fine spices :
- Onion 10 grains -
- 5 cloves garlic -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tsp Salt -
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp -
How to prepare :
1. Shrimp soaked with lime juice and salt, diamkan for 15 minutes until the spices permeate. Drained.
2. Shrimp fry until quite dry, lift and drained.
3. Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil, spices stir fry smooth and rough-skinned citrus leaves until fragrant.
4. Add sweet soy sauce, orange juice and lime water. Poke average.
5. Enter fried shrimp, cook until the spices permeate and cooked, lift.
6. Serve.

Udang Goreng Bumbu Kecap
Bahan :
- Udang segar 800 gram, kupas, sisakan ekornya -
- Air jeruk nipis 2 sdm -
- Garam 1 sdt -
- Minyak goreng 400 ml -
- Daun jeruk purut 5 lembar, buang tulang daunnya, iris halus -
- Kecap manis 5 sdm -
- Air jeruk limau 1/2 sdm -
- Air 100 ml -
Bumbu halus :
- Bawang merah 10 butir -
- Bawang putih 5 siung -
- Merica bubuk 1 sdt -
- Garam 1 sdt -
- Gula merah 1 sdm -
Cara membuat :
1. Rendam udang dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam, diamkan selama 15 menit hingga bumbu meresap. Tiriskan.
2. Goreng udang hingga agak kering, angkat dan tiriskan.
3. Panaskan 3 sdm minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus dan daun jeruk purut hingga harum.
4. Tamabhkan kecap manis, air jeruk limau dan air. Aduk rata.
5. Masukkan udang goreng, masak hingga bumbu meresap dan matang, angkat.
6. Sajikan.
