Rangginang
Ingredients :
- 350 grams of sticky rice, soaked 2 hours -
- 125 ml water -
- 75 grams of sugar -
- 1 / 2 tsp lime juice -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
How to prepare :
1. Sticky rice steam for 20 minutes.
2. Boil water, insert sticky rice until the water slosh be merged. Add sugar, salt and lime juice. Poke average. Cook until cooked.

Bahan :
- 350 gram beras ketan, direndam 2 jam -
- 125 ml air -
- 75 gram gula pasir -
- 1/2 sdt air jeruk nipis -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
Cara membuat :
1. Kukus beras ketan selama 20 menit.
2. Didihkan air, masukkan ketan aduk sampai air terserap. Tambahkan gula, garam dan air jeruk nipis. Aduk rata. Masak sampai matang.
3. Angkat lalu bulatkan di atas tampah yang sudah dialasi daun pisang.
4. Tusuk-tusuk dengan tusuk gigi lalu jemur hingga kering.
5. Goreng sampai renyah.
