Roast Chicken from Padang
Ingredients :
- 1 chicken tail, cut the 4 -
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced thin -
- 8 grains of red onion, thinly sliced -
- 2 stem citronella, taken whiteness, bruise -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 / 2 tsp sugar -
- 3 fruit acid Kandis -
- 600 ml thin coconut milk (from the remaining thick coconut milk) -
- 200 ml thick coconut milk from coconut 1 grains -
- 2 tbsp oil for stir fry -
Fine spices :
- 5 pieces chili red curls -
- 5 pieces of red chili -
- 5 candlenuts grains, fry without oil -
- 3 cm ginger -
- 2 cm turmeric, burned -
- 1 / 2 tsp pepper -
How to prepare :
1. Mix chicken with 1 tsp lime juice and 1 tsp salt. Leave for 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil. Stir fry garlic, onion, citronella, spices and fine, until fragrant. Add chicken. Poke to change color.
3. Enter the thin coconut milk, salt, sugar and acid Kandis. Cook until boiling. Pour thick coconut milk. Cook until cooked.
4. Grilled chicken until cooked. Serve with remaining ingredients.

Ayam Panggang Padang
Bahan :
- 1 ekor ayam, dipotong 4 bagian -
- 4 siung bawang putih, diiris tipis -
- 8 butir bawang merah, diiris tipis -
- 2 batang serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1/2 sdt gula pasir -
- 3 buah asam kandis -
- 600 ml santan encer (dari perasan santan kental) -
- 200 ml santan kental dari 1 butir kelapa -
- 2 sdm minyk untuk menumis -
Bumbu halus :
- 5 buah cabai merah keriting -
- 5 buah cabai merah besar -
- 5 butir kemiri, disangrai -
- 3 cm jahe -
- 2 cm kunyit, dibakar -
- 1/2 sdt merica -
Cara membuat :
1. Lumuri ayam dengan 1 sdt air jeruk nipis dan 1 sdt garam. Diamkan selama 15 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, serai dan bumbu halus sampai harum. Tambahkan ayam. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
3. Masukkan santan encer, garam, gula pasir dan asam kandis. Masak sampai mendidih. Tuang santan kental. Masak sampai matang.
4. Panggang ayam sampai matang. Sajikan dengan sisa bumbu.
