Ingredients :

4. Tuang santan sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni dan dikeplok-keplok 15 menit. Diamkan 45 menit.
5. Tuang di cetakan cara bikang. Biarkan setengah matang. Tabur meises. Segera balik adonan hingga meises berada di tegah. Biarkan sampai matang.
6. Saus : rebus bahan saus sambil diaduk sampai kental.
7. Sajikan serabi dengan sausnya.
