Apem Banana Split
Ingredients :
- 200 grams of brown sugar, be combed smooth -

Apem Pisang Merekah
Bahan :
- 200 gram gula merah, disisir halus -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 100 ml air -
- 250 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -
- 100 gram tepung beras -
- 100 gram pisang ambon, dihaluskan -
- 1/2 bungkus (1 1/2 sdt) ragi instan -
- 2 butir telur, dikocok lepas -
- 300 ml air kelapa -
- 25 ml santan kental -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan cetakan cara bikang yang diberi parutan kelapa. Aduk-aduk kelapa sampai berminyak. Buang kelapanya dan panaskan 5 menit lagi dengan api sedang.
2. Rebus air, gula merah dan daun pandan sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. ANgkat dan saring. Ukur 175 ml air gula. Dinginkan.
3. Campur tepung terigu, tepung beras dan pisang ambon. Aduk rata. Tambahkan Ragi instan,tepung, air kelapa dan air gula sambil diuleni dan dikeplok-keplok selama 15 menit.
4. Masukkan santan dan garam. Uleni rata. Diamkan 1 jam.
5. Tuang ke cetakan cara bikang yang sudah panas. Biarkan setengah matang. Tutup dan biarkan matang. Tekan bagian bawahnya agar merekah.
