Fresh Pickle
Ingredients :
- Bean sprouts green beans 150 grams, clean -

Bahan kuah :
- Cabai merah 150 gram, buang bijinya, kukus –
- Cabai rawit merah 5 buah, kukus –
- Ebi 25 gram, seduh air panas, tiriskan –
- Kacang tanah goreng 50 gram –
- Bawang putih 3 siung –
- Gula merah 200 gr –
- Cuka + 2 sdm –
- Garam secukupnya –
Cara membuat :
1. Kuah : Haluskan semua bahan. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan hingga harum. Tambahkan air hangat, didihkan dan angkat.
2. Atur bahan – bahan, siram kuah secukupnya. Taburi kacang goreng dan remasan krupuk mie. Sajikan.
*Lokio : Sejenis bawang bentuknya seperti bawang putih, baunya menyengat, dan dijual beserta akar dan daunnya.
