Grilled chicken Candlenut
Ingredients :
- 800 grams chicken thigh -
- 75 grams of margarine -

- 4 cloves garlic -

- Leaves kemanggi 20 sheets -

Fine spices :
- 6 chilli fruit -

- Turmeric 5 cm -
- 3 tsp water tamarind -
- Sugar 150 grams of red, chopped -
- Salt -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
How to prepare :

Ayam Panggang Kemiri
Bahan :

- Kunyit 5 cm -
- Air asam jawa 3 sdt -
- Gula merah 150 gram, sisir -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Merica bubuk 1 sdt -
Cara membuat :
1. Campur paha ayam, air jeruk nipis, bawang putih dan garam, aduk rata dan diamkan 30 menit.
2. Tumis bumbu halus dengan margarin hingga matang dan harum.
3. Masukkan paha ayam, air dan daun kemangi masak hingga matang.
4. Olesi loyang dengan margarin. Letakkan paha ayam, panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 120oC selama 30 menit hingga agak kering dan berwarna kecoklatan, angkat. Sajikan.
