Ornamental Cherry Cookies
Ingredients :
- 2 Yellow eggs grains -
- Margarine 300 grams -
- Refined sugar 125 grams -
- 350 grams of wheat flour -
- 25 grams of rice flour -
- Cherry red 50 grams -
- 3 tbsp apricot jelly -
- 5 tbsp water -
How to prepare :
1. Intervention margarine, wheat, rice flour, refined sugar and yolk. Cut with a 2-cut fruit knife to form a dough.
2. Spuit form the dough with a star, decorate with cherries.
3. Roasted in dough temperature 150C until cooked cake, lift.
4. Ripe apricot jelly and water until dissolved, place on cake.
5. Serve.

Cookies Hias Ceri
Bahan :
- Kuning telur 2 butir -
- Margarin 300 gram -
- Gula halus 125 gram -
- Tepung terigu 350 gram -
- Tepung beras 25 gram -
- Ceri merah 50 gram -
- Jeli aprikot 3 sdm -
- Air 5 sdm -
Cara membuat :
1. Campur margarin, terigu, tepung beras, gula halus dan kuning telur. Potong-potong dengan 2 buah pisau hingga membentuk adonan.
2. Bentuk adonan dengan spuit bintang, hias dengan ceri.
3. Panggang dalam adonan bersuhu 150C hingga kue matang, angkat.
4. Masak air dan jeli aprikot hingga larut, oleskan diatas kue.
5. Sajikan.
