DONUT

Donut

Ingredients :
- 500 grams of high protein wheat flour -
- 1 / 2 packet yeast IM -
- 100 grams of sugar -
- 2 eggs -
- 1 / 2 tsp emulsifer (baking powder) -
- 200 ml water -
- 1 / 4 tsp salt -
- 75 grams of margarine -
- Oil to fry -
- Flour sugar for topping -

How to prepare :
1. Mix wheat flour, yeast IM, sugar and eggs.
2. Enter the baking powder, salt and water and stirred until dull.
3. Add margarine, and stirred again until elastic. Leave for 15 minutes.
4. Let the air out of dough, and each weigh 30 grams, rounded.
5. Make holes the middle of the dough, Leave for 15 minutes.
6. Fry in hot oil until medium brown. Lift cooled ago.
7. Enter in the flour sugar .

Bahan :
- 500 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi -
- 1/2 bungkus ragi instan -
- 100 gram gula pasir -
- 2 butir telur -
- 1/2 sdt baking powder -
- 200 ml air -
- 1/4 sdt garam -
- 75 gram margarin -
- minyak untuk menggoreng -
- gula tepung untuk taburan -

Cara membuat :
1. Aduk tepung terigu, ragi instan, gula pasir dan telur.
2. Masukkan baking powder, air dan garam sambil diuleni hingga kalis.
3. Tambahkan margarin, lalu uleni lagi hingga elastis. Diamkan selama 15 menit.
4. Kempiskan adonan lalu timbang masing-masing 30 gram, bulatkan.
5. Lubangi bagian tengah adonan, diamkan selama 15 menit.
6. Goreng dalam minyak panas sedang hingga kecoklatan. Angkat lalu dinginkan.
7. Gulingkan di gula tepung.
