ICE TEBAK

Ice Tebak

Ingredients Tebak:
- 175 grams of rice flour -
- 25 grams of starch flour -
- 750 ml water -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp salt -

Ingredients complement :
- 100 grams fro the boiled in 100 grams of sugar, 200 ml of water and red coloring, cut into pieces -
- 200 grams of 200 gram tape black sticky rice* -
- 100 grams cincau* , cut -
- 1 lt of milk 1 clove coconut -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- Milk chewy sweet -
- Red syrup -
- A refreshment of shaved ice -

How to prepare :
1. Create Tebak: slosh material Tebak ago to go off-cooked letup.
2. Pour to filter cendol*, press on the vessel containing cold water. Separate .
3. Boil the coconut milk and salt until boiling, lift and refrigerated.
4. Serve with complement.

Es Tebak

Bahan tebak :
- 175 gram tepung beras -
- 25 gram tepung kanji -
- 750 ml air -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -

Bahan pelengkap :
- 100 gram kolang-kaling yang direbus dalam 100 gram gula pasir, 200 ml air dan pewarna merah, potong-potong -
- 200 gram tape ketan hitan -
- 100 gram cincau, dipotong-potong -
- 1 lt santan dari 1 butir kelapa -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- Susu kenyal manis -
- Sirup merah -
- Es serut -

Cara membuat :
1. Buat tebak : aduk bahan tebak lalu masak sampai meletup-letup.
2. Tuang ke dalam saringan cendol, tekan di atas wadah berisi air dingin. Sisihkan.
3. Rebus santan dan garam hingga mendidih, angkat dan dinginkan.
4. Sajikan dengan pelengkap.
