SOTO PADANG

Soto Padang

ingredients :
- 500 grams of beef -
- 1250 grams of water -
- 2 pieces of bay -
- 1 fruit deaf -
- 3 grains cloves -
- 5 tbsp cooking oil -
- 2 1 / 4 tsp salt -

Fine spices :
- 1 tsp pepper -
- 1 cm ginger -
- 3 cm turmeric -
- 16 grains of red onion -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- 5 pieces red chili -

Complement :
- Meatball potatoes -
- Soun* soaked -
- Crackers fried red -
- Leaves onion, finely sliced -

How to prepare :
1. Stir fry flavor and leaves a smooth and fragrant.
2. Insert meat, deaf and clove. Cook until soft flesh.
3. Lift the meat thinly sliced ago. Fry until the meat dry, separate.
4. Soto serve hot with hot escalope with complement.

Soun* : transparent bean flour vermicelli

For 8 portions

Soto Padang

Bahan :
- 500 gram daging sapi -
- 1.250 gram air -
- 2 lembar daun salam -
- 1 buah pekak -
- 3 btr cengkeh -
- 5 sdm minyak goreng -
- 2 1/4 sdt garam -

Bumbu halus :
- 1 sdt merica -
- 1 cm jahe -
- 3 cm kunyit -
- 16 butir bawang merah -
- 2 siung bawang putih -
- 5 buah cabai merah -

Pelengkap :
- Perkedel kentang -
- Soun direndam -
- Kerupuk merah goreng -
- Daun bawang, diiris halus -

Cara membuat :
1. Tumis bumbu halus dan daun salam hingga harum.
2. Masukkan daging, pekak dan cengkeh. Masak sampai daging lunak.
3. Angkat daging lalu iris tipis. Goreng daging hingga kering, sisihkan.
4. Sajikan soto panas-panas dengan irisan daging goreng beserta pelengkapnya.
