Lapek Bugis
In leather :

Bahan kulit :

- 1/2 btr kelapa setengah tua, dikupas lalu parut kasar -

- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 50 ml air -
- 1/4 sdt garam -
Bahan aren :
- 200 ml santan dari 1/2 btr kelapa -
- 1/8 sdt garam -
- 2 sdt tepung maizena -
Cara membuat :
1. Buat isi : Masak bahan isi sambil diaduk hingga matang, sisihkan.
2. Aduk bahan aren sambil diaduk hingga mendidih, sisihkan.
3. Buat kulit : didihkan santan dan garam sambil diaduk. Tuang kedalam campuran tepung ketan, aduk rata.
4. Tipiskan adonan kulit, masukkan isi lalu bulatkan.
5. Ambil selembar daun pisang, bentuk contong, masukkan bulatan kue lapek. Siram dengan gula aren.
6. Lipat daun membentuk segitiga, kukus sampai matang.
