Steam Vegetables Meat
Ingredients :
- 300 grams of beef meat, cut thin out -

How to prepare :

Kukus Daging Lapis Sayuran
Bahan :

Bumbu :
- Bawang putih 2 siung -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt -
- Pala bubuk 1/4 sdt -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Kecap manis 2 sdm -
- Saus asam manis 2 sdm -
- Minyak goreng 1 sdm -
Sambal nanas :
- Buah nanas 100 gram -
- Cabai merah 2 buah -
- Cabai rawit 5 buah -
- Bawang putih 3 siung -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Gula pasir 1/2 sdt -
- Minyak goreng 3 sdm -
Cara membuat :
1. Sambal : Campur semua bahan sambal lalu haluskan. Tumis hingga matang, angkat.
2. Lumuri daging dengan garam, pala dan merica diamkan selama 10 menit hingga bumbu meresap.
3. Campur semua bumbu aduk rata, sisihkan.
4. Susun daging dan sayuran secara berselang seling, ikat dengan benang.
5. Atur daging lapis dalam loyang atau pinggan tahan panas lalu tuangi dengan bumbu campur.
6. Kukus hingga matang, angkat. Potong-potong sesuai selera.
7. Sajikan dengan sambal nanas.
