Spaghetti Sauce Barbeque
Ingredients :
- Margarine 100 grams -
- Water 400 ml -
- Spaghetti 100 grams -
- 150 grams of cow meat, slices of long -
- Mushrooms* 50 grams, cut into pieces -
- Carrot 1 fruit, cut -
- Leek 10 stem, boiled briefly -
- Large yellow onion 1 / 2 fruit, slices of long -
- Garlic 4 cloves, chopped -
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp -
- Paprika red 1 / 2 fruit, sliced thin --
- Green Paprika 1 / 2 fruit, sliced thin --
- 1 tbsp salt-Style --
- Barbeque sauce 4 tbsp -
- 3 tbsp thick cream -
- Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp -
How to prepare :
1. Boil water and 50 grams of margarine to boiling. Boil spaghetti until cooked, lift, drained.
2. Then roll spaghetti strap with leek, separate.
3. Sauce: Heat 50 grams of margarine, stir fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
4. Enter the beef, red paprika and green paprika.
5. Add mushrooms, carrots, Barbeque sauce, pepper powder, salted soy sauce and tomato paste. Cook until cooked. Lift.
6. Set the roll in spaghetti dishes, pour sauce. Serve.

Spaghetti Saus Barbeque
Bahan :
- Margarin 100 gram -
- Air 400 ml -
- Spaghetti 100 gram -
- Daging sapi 150 gram, iris panjang -
- Jamur merang 50 gram, potong-potong -
- Wortel 1 buah, potong -
- Kucai 10 batang, rebus sebentar -
- Bawang bombay 1/2 buah, iris panjang -
- Bawang putih 4 siung, cincang -
- Tomat pasta 3 sdm -
- Paprika merah 1/2 buah, iris tipis -
- Paprika hijau 1/2 buah, iris tipis -
- Kecap asin 1 sdm -
- Saus barbeque 4 sdm -
- Krim kental 3 sdm -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt -
Cara membuat :
1. Rebus air dan 50 gram margarin hingga mendidih. Rebus spaghetti hingga matang, angkat, tiriskan.
2. Gulung spaghetti kemudian ikat dengan kucai, sisihkan.
3. Saus : Panaskan 50 gram margarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum.
4. Masukkan daging sapi, paprika merah dan paprika hijau.
5. Tambahkan jamur merang, wortel, saus barbeque, merica bubuk, kecap asin dan tomat pasta. Masak hingga matang. Angkat.
6. Atur spaghetti gulung dalam piring, tuangi saus. Sajikan.
