YOUNG JACKFRUIT CURRY - Gulai Nangka

Young Jackfruit Curry

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of meat*, cut -
- 750 ml water -
- 750 grams of young jackfruit, cut -
- 1 sheet leaves turmeric -
- 2 stem citronella, bruise -
- 1 sheet bay -
- 8 tbsp coconut, fry without oil and mashed -
- 1000 ml of milk, from 1 / 2 grains coconut -
- 750 ml milk, from 1 grains coconut -

Fine spices :
- 5 pieces red chili -
- 8 grains onion --
- 3 cm turmeric -
- 3 cm ginger -
- 1 tbsp salt -

How to prepare :
1. Boiled until the meat is soft,separate .
2. Stir fry smooth flavor, turmeric leaf, Citronella and bay until fragrant.
3. Add jackfruit, slosh to languish. Enter fried coconut. Poke average.
4. Pour thin coconut milk, broth and meat while stirred to sew.
5. Add thick coconut milk and boiled and stirred until cooked and slightly oily.

Gulai Nangka

Bahan :
- 200 gram tetelan, dipotong-potong -
- 750 ml air -
- 750 gram nangka muda, dipotong-potong -
- 1 lembar daun kunyit -
- 2 batang serai, dimemarkan -
- 1 lembar daun salam -
- 8 sdm kelapa, disangrai lalu dihaluskan -
- 1.000 ml santan dari 1/2 btr kelapa -
- 750 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa -

Bumbu halus :
- 5 buah cabai merah -
- 8 butir bawang merah -
- 3 cm kunyit -
- 3 cm jahe -
- 1 sdm garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus tetelan dan air hingga daging lunak, sisihkan.
2. Tumis bumbu halus, daun kunyit, serai dan daun salam sampai harum.
3. Tambahkan nangka, aduk hingga layu. Masukkan kelapa sangrai. Aduk rata.
4. Tuang santan encer, tetelan dan kaldu sambil diaduk hingga meresap.
5. Tambahkan santan kental dan rebus sambil diaduk hingga matang dan sedikit berminyak.
