ILL PIE MAKARONI SPICY - Pai Isi Makroni Pedas

Fill Pie Makroni Spicy

Ingredients cobbler:
- 175 grams of wheat flour -
- 2 Yellow eggs grains -
- Margarine 120 grams -
- Sugar 50 grams of fine -
- 1 egg yellow grains, to spread -

Ingredients contents:
- Makroni 150 grams, boiled -
- 5 meatball fruit, cut four sections -
- 1 onion stem leaves, sliced thin -

- Garlic 3 cloves, chopped -
- 7 tbsp chilli sauce -
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce -
- Salt sufficiently -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tsp Sugar sand -
- 5 tbsp cooking oil -

How to prepare :
1. Skin: shake margarine until soft, add the yolk and refined sugar, poke average. Enter a poke to wheat can be formed.

Pai Isi Makroni Pedas

Bahan kue pai :
- Tepung terigu 175 gram -
- Kuning telur 2 butir -
- Margarin 120 gram -
- Gula halus 50 gram -
- Kuning telur 1 butir, untuk olesan -

Bahan isi :
- Makroni 150 gram, rebus -
- Bakso 5 buah, potong empat bagian -
- Daun bawang 1 batang, iris tipis -
- Bawang bombay 1/2 buah, cincang -
- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang -
- Saus sambal 7 sdm -
- Saus tomat 5 sdm -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Merica bubuk 1 sdt -
- Gula pasir 1 sdt -
- Minyak goreng 5 sdm -

Cara membuat :
1. Kulit : Kocok margarin hingga lembut, tambahkan kuning telur dan gula halus, aduk rata. Masukkan terigu aduk hingga dapat dibentuk.
2. Siapkan cetakan pai, olesi margarin. Cetak adonan kulit kedalamnya, ratakan, tusuk-tusuk dengan garpu, sisihkan.
3. Isi : Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan makroni, bakso, saus sambal, saus tomat, daun bawang, garam, gula pasir dan merica. Masak hingga matang, angkat sisihkan.
4. Tuang adonan isi ke dalam cetakan berisi adonan kulit pai. Tutup bagian atasnya dengan adonan kulit pai.
5. Ambil sebagian adonan kulit pai bentuk daun pendek dan daun panjang, rekatkan di bagian tepi pai dengan kuning telur.
6. Panggang pai dalam oven bersuhu 150oC selama 30 menit, angkat. Lepaskan pai dari cetakan, sajikan.
