EGGS LOAF BE CONTENT - Loaf Hati Isi Telur

Eggs Loaf Be Content

Ingredients :
- Exercise 10 chicken pieces, boiled, refined -

- Salt sufficiently-

How to prepare :
1. Mixed liver, chopped meat, eggs and spices, even confused.

Bahan :
- Hati ayam 10 buah, rebus haluskan -
- Daging cincang 150 gram -
- Telur ayam 3 butir, rebus, kupas -
- Wortel 1 buah, potong kecil-kecil -
- Buncis 5 buah, iris tipis kecil -
- Telur ayam 1 butir -

Bumbu halus :
- Bawang putih 5 siung -
- Merica bubuk 1 sdt -
- Pala 1/4 buah -
- Garam secukupnya -

Kuah pedas :
- Cabai merah 10 buah, haluskan -
- Bawang merah 3 butir, halusakan -
- Bawang putih 2 siung, haluskan -
- Kecap manis 1 sdt -
- Air 250 ml -
- Garam secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur hati, daging cincang, telur dan bumbu, aduk rata.
2. Siapkan loyang, olesi minyak. Tuang adonan hati hingga 1/2 bagian loyang.
3. Letakkan telur rebus diatasnya, tutup kembali atasnya dengan adonan. Kukus hingga matang, angkat.
4. Kuah pedas : Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Tambahkan bahan lainnya. Masak hingga cairan menyusut, angkat.
5. Sajikan loaf hati dengan saus pedas.
